central location daily cleaning equipment storage helpful staff
The hotel location was central. It was easy to get around the town, a supermarket, and activities. I liked that the staff helped with cleaning daily. A ski room was available for equipment storage.
The room lacked basic amenities. There was no kettle or coffee and tea.

a perfect spot
fantastic location short walk cozy bar
The location was fantastic. i could easily reach downtown shops and restaurants with just a short walk. the store room for luggage after checking out felt huge. I found it super convenient. the bar downstairs was very cozy.
Apparently the hotel would be closed for a month around the time i was due to check out. I was not informed upon check-in. during my stay, the room was warm, though the staff provided an electric fan. the wifi was also down, inconvenient

a mixed experience at a centrally located hotel
missing amenities poor sound insulation

the room lacked expected amenities. a kettle and coffee and tea supplies were absent, which i found surprising. street noise was also an issue. the sound insulation was poor and sleep was difficult.
